She's All Girl!

Charlotte has always been a girl... but she is really "girly" now! Lately she has been squealing, giggling at the silliest things, singing, dancing, and loving her "babies" (dolls). Not to mention these two things...

Silly Sunday.

Charlotte is obsessed with hair bows. She wants you to brush her hair then put one in. Every morning - every night - anytime she sees a mirror - all the time! "Mommy, Ha-Bo!" "Daddy, Ha-Bo!" This is all we hear! So, Sunday, after putting her "ha-bo" in several times after she would pull it out... I decided to give her what she wanted. I put about 6 hair bows in her hair and she loved it! She wore it all morning and then had a fit when I tried to take them out. So, I left them in and we made our way to Target and the mall. Everyone got such a kick out of her... she ate it up!

Here is a better idea of her hair-do in video form... showing off her fabulous racing skills. Disregard the loss of concentration so she can talk to the doggie at the end. She started saying, "Get back get back..." one day a while back and this is what came of it.

my new goal...

... is to post more videos. Well, its actually to MAKE more videos, and then post them. Charlotte is pretty funny, and some of it tends to be lost in translation, so hopefully I can capture some good ones and post for you all to see how much she is growing and changing everyday!! Here are a couple to catch you up on (some a bit old now, but they will get you caught up).

Mardi Gras Beads?

At school - they had a Mardi Gras parade to show off the masks they had made. Now - don't get me wrong... I love a Mardi Gras party and an excuse to eat free pancakes at IHOP, but the girl came home with beads. Needless to say her Daddy asked her to explain how she got those. I actually think its pretty cute - but we'll let Daddy be a Daddy. Let's see how he reacts when she asks to go to the real Mardi Gras a few years down the road...

Happy Birthday Poppo!!!

Go Bears!

We all went to the LRU basketball games Saturday night. Charlotte really liked it... she always wanted to get closer and was amazed by the cheerleaders! Both teams won -- Charlotte must be a good luck charm!

(you can see how hot it is in that gym -- rosy cheeks and curly hair!)
