I love "big girl eating"!

Its really nice that Charlotte can feed herself (after you cut it up and put it on the table of course...) these days. She even sits in our room while we get ready in the mornings and drinks her bottle by herself. She loves getting in her seat, taking time to pick out just the right bite of food up and then taking it straight to the mouth! Being that one of her favorite things is applesauce, she still has to have Mommy and Daddy give that from the spoon... but its nice to be catered to every once and a while, isn't it??

Charlotte had a visit from Wes's mom recently -- perfect timing to celebrate Daddy's birthday as well!

Never a quiet house...

Just how many different sounds can Charlotte make in one sitting???

my favorite thing to do...

Just a little shout out to the folks at home. Charlotte is quite the "waver".

multi-talented

Charlotte doing her evening stretches - while singing a little song. Don't you wish you were that flexible??

Batter Up!

We took Charlotte to her first Riverdogs game this past weekend -- it was a hit! She enjoyed herself, as did mommy and daddy, as we all took in the sights, sounds, and smells of "The Joe" (our local stadium). We look forward to many more!

Charge!

I love being on Daddy's shoulders

9 Month Well Visit!

All is well in Charlotte-land! We went for her 9 month well visit on Wednesday, and the doctor said she is practically perfect!

22 lbs 15 oz.
29.5 inches long

The doctor was very pleased with everything and gave the go-ahead to let her eat whatever Charlotte wants! Well, everything except egg whites, peanut butter, and honey... but that goes for all babies. Other than that, have at it! Charlotte has been eating "table food" for a while now, but now we have the official word to do it! Haha! She loves cheese, avocado, tomatoes, chicken, spaghetti-o's, well... pretty much everything!

She'll go back after her one year birthday! I can't believe its only 3-ish months away! So exciting!!
